Are you ready to strike down barriers to abortion access in North Texas?
The Tea Fund helps women in North Texas strike down the financial barrier to abortion by helping pay for part of it, because not being able to afford abortion is no reason to be denied their right to it. The Bowl-a-Thon gives you the chance to work with 5 of your best pro-choice buddies to raise a goal of $600, through any way you see fit (that won't get you in trouble, of course!). Be it benefit shows (bands, burlesque, open mic), house parties (or backyard bashes), yard sales, bake sales, merch sales, Passion Parties, Mary Kay parties, happy hours or just straight up sponsorship donations. In the end we get together and celebrate by bowling (free to all participants!) together.

You don’t have a choice if you can’t afford an abortion – through the TEA Fund a lot of women get help paying for their abortions -- women who wouldn't be able to get an abortion without that help. You may not know it, but this is a major problem for hundreds of thousands of women every year. Last year we pledged over $88,000 to 914 women and girls in North Texas who couldn’t afford an abortion. That's almost a thousand women and girls who wouldn't have had a choice without TEA Fund's help!
